Interim Building Surveyor - West Midlands - £35 p/h - 6 Months - Local AuthorityOne of our Public Sector clients based in the West Midlands is looking for 2 Building Surveyors on an interim basis for 6 months initially.Ideally you will: Have Project Management experience (essential)Based Locally to the West Midlands (4 days in office/on site, 1 day WFH)Have 2+ years experience within a social housing background. Responsibilities include:Program of works, voids, structural repairs - the social housing portfolio covers over 6,000 properties (including work on timber balcony repairs, roof works, internal refurbishments on kitchens and boilers) - this will be on low rise flats and houses.Full lifecyle of contractor management for repairs including writing schedules of works, tendering, procurement and post inspectionsThis role requires a Building Surveyor that is used to Project Managing and contractor management.
